Where it all began
Bold beers to delight the palate
Weldon Brewery began in 2014 with one clear ambition, to create bold beers that truly delight the palate. Working from a historic Northamptonshire farm building, the brewery was built on passion, patience and a commitment to doing things properly.
From the very beginning, the focus has always been on flavour. Using the finest ingredients available and brewing without compromise, each batch is crafted with care and attention to detail.
What started small has grown steadily, but the philosophy remains the same, create memorable beers rooted in quality, heritage and a genuine love for the craft.
We started brewing in 2014 on a two-barrel plant at the Shoulder of Mutton. In 2016 we took over the 3.5-barrel kit of the former Copper Kettle brewery in Rushden, and the brewery became Weldon. That same year our Stahlstadt was crowned CAMRA Champion Beer of Northamptonshire in the Speciality category.

Brewed without compromise
Bold flavour first
Every beer we produce starts with one goal, bold flavour. We use the finest malts from England and Belgium alongside carefully selected hops from across the world, chosen purely for the character they bring to the glass. Nothing is rushed and nothing is compromised.
Small team, never rushed
Weldon Brewery is a small team driven by care, pride and a genuine love for the craft. Each batch is brewed unhurried, allowing flavour to develop naturally. We don't follow trends, we focus on creating beers people remember and come back for.
Rooted in Weldon
Based in a historic Northamptonshire farm building, our beers are inspired by local stories, places and history. From Dragline to Windmill, every brew carries a connection to Weldon and the surrounding area, giving each pint a story as well as a taste.

Since 2014, Weldon Brewery has been rooted in the local Northamptonshire community. From the very beginning, the brewery has been about more than just beer, it's about people, place and shared experiences.
We take pride in supporting local events, working with nearby pubs and businesses, and creating beers that bring people together. Our connection to Weldon and the surrounding area runs through everything we do.

At Weldon Brewery, sustainability is part of how we brew, not an afterthought. From ingredient sourcing to the brewing process itself, we focus on reducing waste and working responsibly wherever possible.
We make the most of every batch, ensuring materials are used efficiently and with purpose. By working closely with suppliers and keeping production considered and controlled, we aim to minimise our impact without compromising on quality.
