Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. About us

This website is operated by Weldon Brewery Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 12592670). Registered office: 27 St. Cuthberts Street, Bedford, England, MK40 3JG. 2. Who can buy from us

You must be 18 or over to buy alcohol from us. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or over. We may ask for proof of age at any time. Our courier will not hand alcohol to anyone who appears to be under 25 without valid photo ID, and if no one aged 18 or over can accept the delivery, the order may be returned to us. We may cancel any order we reasonably believe would break the law. We deliver to England, Scotland and Wales only.

3. Our products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, but labels, packaging and the colour of the beer may vary slightly between batches. Boxes described as a “random selection” contain beers chosen by us from what is in stock. The beer name, strength (ABV), volume and allergen information are shown on each product page. Our beers contain gluten (from barley). All products are subject to availability.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you before dispatch and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Your order and our contract

After you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. Our contract with you starts when we confirm that your order has been accepted or dispatched. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, the price is wrong or we cannot verify your age; if we do, we will refund you in full.

6. Delivery

Delivery areas, charges and times are set out in our Delivery Policy and shown at checkout. Unless we agree otherwise, we will deliver within 30 days of accepting your order. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered.

7. Cancelling your order and returns

You have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

8. Damaged or faulty goods

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Responsible drinking

10. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for any business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, courier disruption or supply problems. If this affects your order we will contact you, and you may cancel for a full refund.

12. Discount codes and promotions

Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be combined unless stated, may have an expiry date and are limited to one use per customer unless stated. Promotions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over only.

13. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including our logo, label designs, photographs and text, belongs to Weldon Brewery Ltd and may not be copied or used without our permission.

14. Your personal information

We use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on this website when you placed it.

16. Complaints and governing law

If you are unhappy with anything, please contact us first and we will do our best to put it right. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales (or of Scotland, if you live there). If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will still apply.
