Refund policy

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains your rights and how to return items to Weldon Brewery Ltd. Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights.

Changed your mind?

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To cancel, email us at weldonbrewery@hotmail.com with your order number, or use the cancellation form below. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods, unopened and in their original packaging, to: Weldon Brewery, Rear of Bencroft Grange Farm, 322 Bedford Road, Rushden, Northants, NN10 0SE.

  • Return postage: if you change your mind, you pay the cost of returning the goods.
  • Refunds: we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof that you have sent them). Your refund includes the original standard delivery charge, but not any extra paid for faster delivery.
  • Opened items: for hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept opened bottles or cans unless they are faulty. We may reduce a refund if goods have been opened or used more than needed to inspect them.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please email weldonbrewery@hotmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. You can choose a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover any return costs. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you can reject faulty goods for a full refund within 30 days.
