Why You'll Love It
Hopbucha brings together two things we love: lively, naturally fermented kombucha and the aroma of hops. It's light, fresh and sparkling, with only a trace of alcohol, so it works for a sunny afternoon, a drive home or a night off the beer.
What's In The Box
Four 330ml bottles, picked at random from our three flavours. Your box could include:
Lemon Ginger – bright, zesty lemon and warm ginger, balanced by a subtle Saaz hop finish.
Grapefruit Saaz – fresh grapefruit zest and delicate floral Saaz hops. Light, clean and crisp.
Elderflower Cascade – fragrant elderflower with soft Cascade hop notes. Delicate and floral.
Flavours are chosen at random, so we can't take requests for specific flavours.

We're brewers, so we couldn't resist finishing our kombucha with hops:

Does it contain alcohol?
Only a trace. Like all kombucha, fermentation creates a little natural alcohol – typically below 1.2% ABV.
How should I store it?
Store it cool and upright, and chill before serving. Open carefully, as it's naturally sparkling.
